Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set encompassing electrical, mechanical, and maintenance expertise, with the ability to supervise and lead projects effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering high-quality work across multiple trades. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service within a professional environment.

Duties

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations across electrical, mechanical, tiling and plumbing systems using appropriate tools and techniques.
Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to execute precise work.
Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and optimise automated processes.
Conduct welding tasks where necessary, adhering to safety standards and quality requirements.
Supervise junior team members and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes.
Lead by example in promoting best practices in safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multi-trade roles with strong electrical experience and mechanical knowledge.
Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Strong maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with supervisory or leadership experience.
Fluency in English is essential for clear communication within the team and with clients.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
