As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious, motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. The Role
This is a customer-facing, field-based sales position covering London and the Greater London area. You'll meet homeowners at their properties, understand their requirements and provide expert advice on our premium timber window and door solutions.
Our leads are generated through significant ongoing investment in marketing, meaning you'll spend your time meeting genuine customers who are actively looking to improve their homes rather than cold calling.
You'll also spend a small amount of time covering our beautifully presented showroom in Clapham, welcoming customers and showcasing our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-qualified appointments across London and Greater London.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through a consultative sales approach.
- Survey customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
- Prepare and present professional quotations.
- Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
- Represent the Sash Windows London brand professionally at all times.
- Maintain accurate records using our intuitive CRM and quotation software.
- Provide occasional showroom cover at our Clapham showroom.
- Work closely with our surveying, operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally motivated, enthusiastic and determined to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence building rapport with homeowners.
- A professional and well-presented appearance.
- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to earn.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage their own diary.
- A willingness to learn technical products.
- A full UK driving licence.
Experience within the window, door or construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in speaking to successful sales professionals from other industries who have the drive and ambition to succeed.

Working Hours
This role offers flexible working hours to accommodate customer appointments, including occasional evenings and Saturdays where required. You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
