Basic Salary £26,000 + Uncapped Commission. We want commission hunters rather than basic salary hunters. A good Sales Person will earn £1500 in commission each month. If you are successful with an interview you can meet them!

At Online Bedrooms, we design and sell premium fitted bedrooms, wardrobes, and media walls for customers across the UK. Following continued growth in our design team, we are now looking for two ambitious Sales Designers to join our friendly and driven office-based team in Mansfield.

Where you’ll be working
This is an office-based role in Mansfield, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a mixture of shift patterns:
You will also work every other Saturday from home, 10am–2pm, with half a day back during the week before.
Applicants should live within a 30-minute commute of Mansfield, have their own transport and be comfortable working outside standard 9–5 hours.
About the role
As a Sales / CAD Designer, you will meet customers via Online Zoom and Telephone Consultations, understand their needs, and help them create fitted furniture solutions that suit both their space and budget.
You’ll be speaking to customers who are already interested in our products, guiding them through the design process, presenting ideas clearly, handling objections confidently, and converting opportunities into sales.

What you’ll be doing
- Conducting online consultations with pre-qualified customers
- Designing fitted bedrooms and media walls using CAD software
- Asking the right questions to understand each customer’s needs
- Recommending layouts, finishes, and storage solutions
- Following a structured sales process from consultation through to close
- Building trust with customers and handling objections professionally
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience
What we’re looking for
We are especially interested in candidates who have:
- Direct sales experience
- Experience using CAD software or strong technical/computer skills
- Confidence working with customers in a live consultation environment
- A strong understanding of the sales process
- The ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close business
- A professional and motivated attitude
- A stable work history with a track record of commitment and results
Experience in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, fitted furniture, interiors, or home improvement sector would be a strong advantage.
We also welcome applicants from other sales backgrounds who are highly IT-literate, commercially minded, and quick to learn.
