Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part Time Experienced Office Administrator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational and communication skills, and has a passion for supporting office operations. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will help ensure smooth daily workflows, manage essential clerical tasks, and contribute to a positive and productive office atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while making a meaningful impact within our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Oversee and update financial records using Xero accounting software to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with benefits administration
Supervise administrative staff or interns when applicable, providing guidance and support to ensure team efficiency
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules for staff members
Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations to facilitate effective internal communication

Qualifications

Proven clerical and administrative experience in an office setting
Strong proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience
Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Prior experience in office management or administrative support is essential.
