Service Advisor – BMW Specialist

Location: Eden Motors Ltd, Yeovil

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are an independent BMW specialist with a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and expert vehicle care. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Service Advisor to become the first point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service.
Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and MOTs.
Preparing estimates and explaining work required in a clear and honest manner.
Liaising with technicians to keep customers updated on vehicle progress.
Managing workshop schedules and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently.
Raising invoices and processing payments.
Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Building long-term relationships through outstanding customer care.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Confidence using computer systems and workshop management software.
Knowledge of BMW vehicles is an advantage but not essential.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
