Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities and ensuring efficient utilisation of all aspects of the Microsoft system . This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership skills and a background in logistics to contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse operations.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
Manage logistics to optimise workflow and data accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers and sites
Implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, safety, and accuracy within the warehouse environment.
Operate or supervise the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment in compliance with health & safety regulations.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in warehouse procedures and logistics strategies.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise inventory levels and minimise delays.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Valid forklift licence with experience operating forklift trucks safely.
Extensive warehouse experience with a focus on logistics optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving operational excellence. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to lead a dynamic team while driving operational success through innovative solutions and strategic management practices within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
