What We’re Looking For

· Experience in recruitment at consultant level or significant resourcing experience

· OR a background in account management / B2B sales with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships

· A methodical and logical individual as Dental Recruitment falls at the lower end of the fee scale with a higher volume so requires someone who follows processes well.

· A target-driven mindset, motivated to maximise earnings while providing top-tier service

· Someone with the tenacity to seek out gold dust candidates on candidate databases and social networking sites.

· Someone who is not afraid to reach out and isn’t scared of a knock back or three!

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Management

Proactively identify, register, and engage dental professionals for new job opportunities
Speak with candidates to assess their suitability for roles, what they are actually looking for and ensure they are well-prepared for interviews
Develop relationships with candidates to encourage referrals and increase candidate pool

Candidate Outreach & Engagement

Contact candidates via calls, emails and WhatsApp, including both scheduled and unscheduled communications
Source potential candidates through online databases and industry networking
Guide candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to post-placement follow-ups

Client Interaction

Manage job vacancies and match them with suitable candidates in a timely manner
Arrange interviews between candidates and dental practices, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Present job offers to candidates and manage counter-offers to secure placements
Maintain close relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and beyond covering the Client side of the desk where required due to absence.

Business Development & CRM Management

Identify new recruitment opportunities through candidate referrals and networking
Ensure all candidate and client interactions are accurately logged in the CRM system (Bullhorn)
Work collaboratively with the wider Dental Elite recruitment team to drive success

The Package

· Basic Salary Range of £31,000 to £36,000 per annum

· Monthly Bonus Scheme based on performance

· 30 Days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays, plus 1 Day for your Birthday a fortnight either side, plus 3 additional days for the Christmas Closure plus an increase in your allowance based on service length

· Attendance at the Annual Elite Retreat

· Membership to the Mintago Employee Benefits Scheme (after qualifying period)

· Vitality Health Insurance (after qualifying period)

· Death in Service (after qualifying period)

· Sick Pay Insurance Scheme (after qualifying period)

· Hybrid Working
