Full job description

Pipestock.com is a leading flow & fluid power technology company distributing market leading brands to industry.

This position puts you in the driver’s seat for the complete online presence of Pipestock.com You will have overall responsibility for managing all product data, online content and digital marketing. You will be working cross-functionally, balancing multiple priorities and pushing forward new ideas to accelerate our online presence and website value.

Reporting directly to the CEO, in this role, you are responsible for managing and growing sales of an online portfolio of 60,000+ market leading branded products on Pipestock.com. You will be responsible for crafting the strategy to the ongoing optimisation. This will include:

Leading the Ecommerce Team
Controlling all offline product data such as product descriptions and pricing.
Continually producing and optimising all online content.
Responsible for all aspects of PPC, managing a large budget
Managing alternative marketing platforms such as Trustpilot to enhance sales.
Developing relevant social media content to drive Pipestock.com awareness.

Succeeding in the role requires a strong eCommerce background with a solid track record of eCommerce business development.

In addition:

Hands-on experience growing category sales through multiple levers – digital marketing, on-site product presentation, reviews and site navigation.
Experience with product portfolio management and ability to work both strategically and operationally with a strong commercial approach.
Good end-to-end understanding including technology Particularly Magento and CMS systems.
Highly developed collaboration and engagement techniques, able to motivate and communicate to “sell the dream” of new ideas.
Good project management and change management skills, combined with a “can-do” attitude and the motivation to follow-through on ideas.
A great team player who can naturally shift between supporting, leading and guiding depending on the situation and who is also used to working independently.
Experience with agile ways of working, incl. test & learn approach and heavy reliance on data to make decisions.
