Full job description

School Receptionist /Administrator

Part-time, 29 hours per week term-time

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7.45am – 3.30pm (Flexibility can be discussed around finish times)

Plus 3 weeks office cover in the school holidays

Salary: £27135.53 FTE (Actual salary £18054.27)

We require an articulate, organised and well-presented individual to provide an efficient and effective reception service in our very busy school office.

Candidates must have strong people skills and excellent written, face-to-face and telephone communication. Candidates should have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and should demonstrate an ability to prioritise their workload and complete administration tasks. Attention to detail, a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and evidence of working in an environment of high confidentiality are all requirements of the role. Experience of iSAMS or a similar MIS would be an advantage.
