The ROLE

We’re looking for a committed Sales Assistant to bring the Henri-Lloyd experience to life in our new store in Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the store management team in the day-to-day operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial performance. You will play a key role in representing the Henri-Lloyd brand and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service
Drive store sales and KPI performance and achieve commercial targets on shift.
Ensure the store reflects the premium Henri-Lloyd brand standards
Assist with visual merchandising and product presentation
Build strong relationships with customers.
About you
We are looking for someone who brings both retail experience and a passion for the outdoors or sailing culture. You will ideally have:
Experience working in a luxury brand.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication skills
An interest in sailing, marine environments or outdoor performance apparel (desirable but not essential)
