Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturday mornings
Sundays ALWAYS off
Bank Holidays ALWAYS off

About the Role

We are busy multi site 6+ ramp garages in Hedge End and Whiteley looking for an experienced Mechanic or Technician to join our team. We aren’t just looking for someone to "turn spanners"—we want a professional who takes genuine pride in their craft and treats every customer’s vehicle as if it were their own.

What You’ll Be Doing

Precision Fast Fit: Delivering high-quality service on tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, and more.
Routine Servicing: Performing thorough inspections and maintenance across a diverse range of makes and models.
Diagnostics and Repair: Understanding what's wrong with the vehicle and making the neccesary repairs
Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle leaves in peak condition—no shortcuts, no "that'll do" attitude.
Workshop Standards: Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe workspace.

Proven Experience: A solid background in a fast-fit or workshop environment.
Quality Obsessed: A passion for doing things the right way the first time.
Professional Pride: You care about your reputation and the quality of your output.
Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for moving and testing customer vehicles.
