With 25+ years of expertise in plastics and sustainability, Recup designs, prints, washes, and distributes reusable cups for stadiums, festivals, venues, and event organisers nationwide. Everything takes place in our brand-new Southend-on-Sea facility, where teamwork and efficiency are at the heart of what we do.

As a Warehouse Operative / Production Line Worker, you’ll help ensure our reusable cups are cleaned, checked, and packed to the highest standard before heading out to events across the UK.

Your key duties will include:

Loading and unloading commercial washing racks (a physically active role).
Keeping wash cycles running smoothly and efficiently.
Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards.
Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised.
Working with the team to achieve daily KPIs.
Supporting events on-site — distributing and managing cups at UK festivals and venues (weekend availability is a big advantage).

What We’re Looking For:

Physically fit and confident with hands-on warehouse tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Adaptable to changing priorities.
A positive team player with good communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Flexible and willing to travel for events (including weekends).

Experience & Requirements:

No experience necessary — full training provided.
Previous warehouse, production, or factory experience is a bonus.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Driving licence preferred (due to our location).

Pay: £12.71 per hour
