Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Football Coach who has experience in the game.

Duties

Plan and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Develop customised training programmes to reflect JCA philosophy to improve players’ technical abilities, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
1-2-1, 2-2-1 , team and small group sessions.
Provide constructive feedback to players/Parents to support their development and boost confidence
Monitor player progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance
Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive sporting experience
Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety standards and promote a safe environment for all participants

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably within football or similar team sports
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players of varying ages and abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and positively with players, parents, and colleagues
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required

No qualifications needed we value experience, attitude and a passion for developing players above all else.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour
