Salary: £26,140 to £31,400 per annum per annum depending on experience Plus Inner London Weighting of £4,433

Hours: 35 hours per week. Working on a rota covering 7 days a week, early shifts (8am-3.30pm) and late shifts (2.30pm-10pm)

Who we are -Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity. We offer a wide range of services across England including housing & homelessness, substance use, domestic abuse, children & young people and criminal justice.

About the job – An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our supported housing services in Wandsworth. The service has 30 units of accommodation across 5 sites. This role will operate across our various levels of supported housing, including a flexible threshold unit that adopts a harm reduction approach with flexible tolerance toward drug use.

You will be part of a team providing support to the residents in the service and will be required to work o a rota basis that includes every other weekend. The service is set up to support residents to stabilise their substance use, focusing on harm reduction whilst improving independent living skills and achieving their individual goals. As a keyworker, you would keywork not less than 2 residents, providing support and advice through regular planned keywork sessions. In addition you would work closely with our partner organisations to ensure that the residents receive support tailored to their needs. You would also contribute to the running of in-house groups and sessions as well as external activities and days out

You will receive on the job training and support as well as access to a wide range of learning opportunities both from Cranstoun and partner organisations. We are looking for people with experience of providing support to people with multiple disadvantages, experience of working in a supported housing setting would also be advantageous. Remark:

We may also consider appointing the candidate as a Trainee Housing Support Worker where they do not yet fully meet the Housing Support Worker requirements but demonstrate clear potential to develop into the role.
