Responsibilities

Rent a dedicated chair or treatment room within the salon to provide personalized beauty services to clients.
Deliver high-quality treatments such as haircuts, styling, barbering, eyelash extensions, tattoo,piercing,makeup application, and skincare services.
Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent customer service, communication skills, and personalized attention.
Manage your appointment schedule efficiently, maximizing client retention and upselling additional services or retail products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with salon management on promotional activities and client engagement strategies to grow your clientele.
Mentor junior team members when appropriate, sharing expertise in techniques like eyelash extensions or makeup application to elevate overall service quality.

Skills

Proven experience in store management or running your own beauty business is advantageous.
Skilled in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other specialized beauty treatments.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries professionally.
Enthusiastic about mentoring colleagues and sharing technical expertise to foster a collaborative environment.
Effective upselling techniques that enhance client experience while increasing revenue opportunities.
Adaptability and proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced luxury salon setting.
