We're Mercieca, an award-winning, fully integrated creative agency with a 30-year track record working with some of the UK's biggest FMCG brands including Weetabix, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Pringles, Disaronno and Nestlé. Based in the heart of Camden, we're proud to combine strategic thinking, creative flair and a collaborative team culture to deliver standout work across activation, design, digital, PR and comms.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join us on a 10 month maternity cover contract. This is a key role in our creative studio — ideal for someone who can confidently take the lead on a brief, from concept through to delivery, across a wide range of design outputs.

What you’ll do

In collaboration with our creative team, you'll be working across branding, retail campaigns, experiential, POS, web, email and social content. One minute you could be developing the look and feel for a national launch campaign, the next creating visuals for an immersive brand activation.

What we're looking for

5+ years' experience in a design or creative agency

Strong design ability across multiple touchpoints—including print, digital, social, POS, branding and experiential

Confident managing tight deadlines and working independently when needed

Friendly, collaborative, and genuinely nice to work with—a people-first approach is essential

Bonus points for experience with video editing or motion graphics
