The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Range Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our Driving Range Facility. You will ensure excellent customer service while driving business growth and profitability across all areas, including food and beverage services.

Working closely with the Golf Operations Manager, you will help promote events, manage the team, and meet budget targets. Your role will involve overseeing the daily maintenance of the range, ensuring safety and hygiene standards, and providing a high-quality guest experience. You will also assist in training and developing the team, manage the rota, and contribute to overall facility improvements.

If you have a passion for golf and customer service, we would love for you to join our team and help us exceed our members' expectations.

Experience & Skills Required:

Previous experience in a golf environment desirable.

Schedule:

We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300
Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
