Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TikTok Shop Influencer Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote our products on TikTok, leveraging social media management skills and fostering strong public relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen understanding of social media trends, and excellent communication abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative campaigns, build brand awareness, and engage with a vibrant online community.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to TikTok Shop platform.
Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with TikTok influencers to maximise campaign reach and engagement.
Coordinate content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyse influencer performance metrics to optimise ongoing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
Manage communication with influencers, including briefing, scheduling, and feedback processes.
Foster positive public relations by representing the brand professionally across all social media channels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management, particularly within TikTok or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and public relations principles.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and storytelling.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimisation.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools is preferred.
