Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our reputable dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, demonstrating vehicles, and guiding customers through the sales process to ensure a seamless experience. Previous experience in B2B sales, sales management, or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. The successful applicant will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle options
Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to individual clients
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilise CRM software effectively to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and sales activities
Develop and nurture relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up calls
Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Stay informed about new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse clientele
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Organised with exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently
Proficiency in CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales pipelines
Skilled in upselling techniques to maximise revenue opportunities
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
Adept at presenting information clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats
