Full job description

Office Administrator – Experienced (Permanent Position)

Bell & Higgins are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.

We have a strong track record in delivering both reactive and planned maintenance projects across a range of sectors, including private, housing association, and insurance work.

Essential Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a reactive/planned maintenance environment

- Proven experience working within a busy office alongside administrative staff

- Background knowledge of maintenance or building work in a fast-paced setting

- Experience liaising with tradespeople, with the ability to allocate workloads and sign off completed tasks

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing general office operations

- Managing and following up on sales enquiries in a timely manner

- Liaising daily with directors and the office manager to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors

Desirable:

- Experience with finance and invoicing

Additional Information:

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Start date: Immediate (negotiable for the right candidate)

Position: Permanent
