Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where excellent service and customer satisfaction are paramount. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is essential.

Weekend availability essential 12-16 hours

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Classic Cocktail knowledge
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving policies.
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
