Hours: Average 30 -40 hours per week
Pay: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour

At Hettie Hen, we’re passionate about crafting delicious Scotch eggs and sharing them with shops, wholesalers, and food lovers at festivals across the South West. We’re a small, friendly team based in a brand-new kitchen in Warminster—and we’re growing fast!

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for someone to lead our production team with energy, efficiency, and a can-do attitude. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily production and ensuring smooth operations
Maintaining high standards across all areas of the kitchen
Leading by example while training and developing team members
Managing rotas, holidays, sickness, and lateness confidently
Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effective practices
Providing feedback and coaching to improve performance
Keeping our director informed and supported at all times

Skills & Experience

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A minimum of at least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
Experience in a catering or food production environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to plan, organize, and motivate a team
Confidence in handling pressure and setbacks
A practical, common-sense approach to problem-solving
