Job Overview

Looking to kickstart your career in HR and recruitment?
Ecorise Technologies Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised HR Assistant to join our growing team. This is a paid role that offers hands-on experience in HR and recruitment, giving you the opportunity to develop practical skills, support organisational growth, and make a real impact on employee engagement. If you’re confident, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect role for you!

You will often be the first point of contact for applicants, so professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process by advertising roles, screening applications, arranging interviews, and preparing job offers
Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records in line with compliance requirements
Assist with onboarding new starters, including DBS checks where required
Ensure timesheets and mileage claims are issued, completed correctly, and submitted for payroll
Update and maintain staff records on digital HR platforms
Liaise with managers and external organisations to support recruitment needs
Provide general HR and administrative support to the business

Requirements

Minimum of 2 year administrative experience (HR experience required)
Confident and professional communication skills
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and record keeping
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using digital systems and handling confidential information
Clean enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Benefits

£12.21 per hour (paid role)
Monday–Friday working hours (9:30am–5:30pm)
