Full job description

Full-time Internal Sales Estimator required for an established automatic door company based in Bromborough, Wirral. Join a successful and growing business full of innovative thinkers, team players and hard workers.

Duties will include:

Generating small works quotations from engineer recommendations.
Liaising with Engineers and relevant suppliers to obtain necessary costs.
Serve as a contact for repair quote inquiries, providing high-quality service to prospective and existing clients.
Monitor the status of outstanding quotes, initiating contact with customers via phone or email to track progress & feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
The company reserves the right to vary your duties and responsibilities at any time according to the needs of the company.

Requirements:

Previous experience in high pressure office environment is essential.
A confident individual who is comfortable making decisions.
Excellent phone manner, and previous experience speaking to customers/suppliers over the phone is essential.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word required.
Full training will be provided- previous experience in estimating & purchasing is preferable but not essential.
