Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating service requests, and working closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating support activities, and ensuring timely resolution of requests. What You'll Do

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
Coordinate customer support requests to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
Monitor customer cases and follow up to ensure successful resolution.
Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer support activities.
Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate teams when required.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and complete administrative tasks.
Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication.
Ensure company service standards and procedures are consistently followed.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration, retail, hospitality, contact centre, coordination, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.

Pay: £2,350.00-£3,100.00 per month
