Job Description

As a customer service assistant at our warehouse and offices the successful candidate will:

Work alongside other departments within the company.
Handle customer enquiries & process payments.
Answering telephone calls for customer enquiries.
General ad hoc office duties including filing.
Responding to social media comments and questions.

The right candidate

As a customer service assistant the candidate will be:

Passionate about artisan produce
Team Player.
Motivated.
Independent worker.
Good communication & telephony skills.
IT literacy is preferred.
Previous office experience preferred.
Good Maths & English skills.
Has good attention to detail.
Able to multitask within a fast paced working environment

The benefits

As well as the pay offered you will receive the following:

35-38 hour per week contract available for the ideal candidate.
Saturday Shifts to cover holidays.
In house training.
We make various other training courses available.
Pension.
Bonuses based on annual & monthly performance.
5.6 weeks Holiday.
25%=50% staff discount.
