About Us

Schmidt Cheltenham is a premium design showroom offering bespoke kitchen and interior solutions to clients across Cheltenham and the surrounding area. As our business grows, we're looking for a talented individual to join our close-knit team and play a central role in our continued success.

The Role

This is a pivotal position supporting our sales designers and senior management with a broad range of administrative responsibilities. You'll be the organisational backbone of the showroom — ensuring every workflow runs smoothly, every order is accurate, and every client interaction reflects the high standards our brand is known for.

If you're proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, design-led environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient administrative support to the sales design team and senior management
Manage and maintain accurate ordering, invoicing and workflow processes
Plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
Deliver an exceptional standard of communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues
Take ownership of tasks and see them through from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Articulate communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Strong numeracy and confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of ordering and invoicing processes
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
Self-motivated, with the initiative to work independently
Good time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
French language skills are a strong advantage

You must live within 30 minutes of our Cheltenham showroom and be comfortable working on-site regularly. This will start as a part-time role with flexible hours and days.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
