About Us:
The Valley Group is a leading Building Services contractor delivering high-quality Multi Trade works across Scotland. Our Multi Trade Division is expanding, and we’re seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our growing team — primarily supporting void and occupied domestic property projects

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter& Decorator to join our team in Glasgow. and support one of our large-scale contracts. The ideal candidate will be versatile, able to carry out both painting & decorating tasks to a high standard, with a focus on void property works. In this role, you will contribute to our mission by delivering high-quality decorating services that enhance our clients' properties. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Perform painting/decorating tasks on various surfaces and structures
Paint & decorate void and occupied domestic properties.
Prepare surfaces for painting application by cleaning and repairing as needed
Apply paint using appropriate techniques for high quality finishes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Collaborate with other tradespeople on site to ensure project completion
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter& Decorating, ideally within domestic environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid UK driving licence essential
CSCS card advantageous but not essential
