Full job description

Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Business Support Team. This is a varied, hands-on role with full training provided on our bespoke systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office functions, managing correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the central inbox and responding to queries
Logging and handling complaints via internal systems
Processing client queries and authorisations through our Client Gateway
Administering property plot sales using bespoke software
Issuing welcome packs to new clients
Transcribing dictation using Speechlive
Preparing mail merges and client communications
Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
Uploading survey data and supporting reporting
Producing sales and marketing materials
Assisting with general admin tasks (e.g. document uploads, direct debits, signage, ad hoc support)

About you:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Clear and professional communicator (written and verbal)
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Previous admin experience is a bonus, not essential
