Full job description

Job Function:

Selling our wide range of quality turf equipment and services to new and existing customers within a dedicated area of responsibility. The role is about supporting our existing customers, making new contacts, building relationships and gaining the trust, loyalty and confidence of all our customers.

Essential Duties:

Manage new and existing customers in a defined sales area . Carrying out calls, promoting products and carrying out demonstrations with the aim of securing a sale.
Maintain accurate customer information within CRM including contact information, machinery fleet and procurement cycles.
Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment and services potentially saleable by the company and attend related sales training events.
Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
Carry out equipment delivery and follow up, according to our internal processes.
Use support from the company’s Sales Specialist’s when required.
Actively promote and sell our portfolio of New and Quality Used Machinery.

Skills & Qualifications:

Good knowledge of turf equipment and golf and grounds operational practices including operation and maintenance would be an advantage.
Ability to use standard computer applications, internet functions and sales tools
Excellent customer relationship skills including making new contacts, building relationships and gaining the trust, loyalty and confidence of our customers
Ability to work extended hours if required
Good administration skills and CRM experience
Sales experience preferred but training will be given

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
