WHO WE ARE

Bobo & Wild is a chef-led, community-first hospitality group with 7 sites across London. We serve bold, homemade food with a personality — Aussie brunch meets Middle Eastern influence — and we do it with genuine warmth and high standards.

We are opening our brand-new location inside Encourt Club, St Albans — a premium wellness facility with 7 padel courts, saunas, a gym, plunge pools, and pilates studios. This is our most exciting site yet, and we are building a team from scratch.

This is not a pub shift. This is a premium, guest-facing role inside one of the most exciting new wellness clubs in the area. The guests here are active, high-spending and they expect quality. So do we.

THE ROLE

As Bartender at Bobo & Wild St Albans, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional drinks experience across our full daytime and evening offering — coffee, matcha, smoothies, power shakes, cocktails, wines and mocktails.

Evening is elevated table service — personal, attentive and premium.

You will be working in a brand new, beautifully fitted bar inside a world-class wellness club. You will be one of the first people to build the culture here. That matters.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

— Running the bar to the highest standard across both daytime and evening service

— Making exceptional coffee, matcha, smoothies and power shakes during the day

— Crafting cocktails, mocktails, wines and drinks during evening service

— Delivering warm, genuine and confident guest interactions at every touchpoint

— Upselling drinks naturally — the right drink at the right moment

— Maintaining a spotless, organised and fully stocked bar at all times

— Following allergen protocols rigorously — every single time

— Supporting the wider FOH team when needed

— Representing the Bobo & Wild brand with pride

HOURS
