Full job description

Responsibilities

Proactively contact prospective customers by telephone.
Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of new business leads.

· Control company Data for Lead Generation

· Prepare email lists for marketing campaigns and promotions to new and existing customers

Update and manage customer information within the CRM system.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and enquiries.
Identify customer needs and present suitable waste and recycling solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion rates.
Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs and targets.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
CRM experience preferred, but training will be provided.
Waste and recycling industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
