Marketing Executive

High-Growth Start-Up – Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)

Full-Time Chester £25,000–£28,000 + Company Performance Bonus

Base salary of £25,000, rising to £28,000 after 6 months subject to performance. Plus a company bonus scheme tied to the achievement of our financial goals — when we win, you win.

About the Role

All Home Repairs 24/7 is one of the UK’s fastest-growing home emergency service providers — and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a driven, creative Marketing Executive to take the wheel on our growth strategy and help us bring our flagship product, the AHR Care Plan, to households across the UK.

This is not a support role. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the marketing function of a high-growth start-up from the ground up — working directly alongside the founders, with real autonomy and real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead digital marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and social media to drive Care Plan subscriptions
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to expand our reach and on-board new customers at scale
Build and nurture relationships with partners and affiliates who can support our growth
Identify and secure opportunities to feature the AHR brand on relevant comparison websites, maximising visibility and driving inbound customer acquisition
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to understand our position in the marketplace and identify opportunities to differentiate and capitalise on our competitive advantages
Use design and content creation software to produce high-quality digital assets, marketing materials, and branding for the AHR brand
Develop and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
Create compelling content that brings the AHR brand to life across all channels
Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise for results
Identify new marketing opportunities and pitch your ideas directly to the founders — if it works, we move fast
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with commercial goals

You Are

Experienced in digital marketing — email, WhatsApp, and social media campaigns are your comfort zone
Commercially aware, with the ability to analyse the competitive landscape and translate insights into action
Familiar with comparison platforms and how to leverage them to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition
Proficient in design and content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
A natural relationship builder with experience in affiliate or partner marketing
Data-driven, results-focused, and always looking for the next growth lever
Creative, ambitious, and hungry to make your mark
A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and moves fast
