Overview

WMNS WEAR is a London based womenswear brand creating premium pieces for the modern woman. Our collections combine timeless athleisure with elevated ready-to-wear and statement styles, designed in thoughtfully selected fabrics with a focus on quality, fit and versatility.

Our aesthetic is clean, aspirational and contemporary delivering premium fashion that remains accessible, allowing our community to refresh their wardrobe with every collection.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is much more than someone who simply posts content.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging, high quality content that grows our brand presence, builds community and drives customers to our website. You should be someone who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture and knows how to create content that feels authentic rather than overly produced.

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll have ownership of our day to day Tik Tok social media presence while working closely with the founders to execute campaigns and launch new collections.

You'll capture content on-site 1–2 times a month, with the remaining work completed remotely, including editing, content planning, scheduling, community management and reporting

Duties

Content Creation

Produce engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Capture lifestyle, behind-the-scenes and campaign content.
Create static carousel posts and photo content.
Film product-focused content that showcases fit, styling and quality.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats across platform.

Content Planning

Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.
Prepare shot lists before every content day.
Research trends, sounds and formats relevant to our audience.
Bring fresh creative ideas and campaign concepts to the team.

Community Management

Respond to comments and direct messages in the WMNS WEAR tone of voice.
Repost customer content and tagged stories daily.
Build relationships with our audience through genuine engagement.

Growth

Identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Monitor social media performance and website traffic from social channels.
Review analytics and recommend improvements based on what's working.
Stay ahead of trends while ensuring content aligns with our premium brand aesthetic.

What we are looking for

We're looking for someone who:

Has a strong eye for details in fashion, styling and visual storytelling.
Understands TikTok inside out.
Can spot trends early and adapt them to suit our brand.
Is confident filming on an iPhone and creating high quality content.
Has experience editing engaging short form videos.
Is organised and able to plan content ahead of time.
Is proactive and brings ideas rather than waiting for direction.
Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
Has excellent written English and communication skills.
Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

An interest in fashion, luxury brands and influencer culture is essential.

Our Expectations

Minimum 5 feed posts per week on Tiktok platform.
Daily Stories, including reposting customer content and brand mentions.
High quality, on brand content with strong attention to detail.
Planned and organised content shoots with clear objectives.
Engage with posts relating to products
Consistent communication and weekly reporting.
Creative ideas that contribute to the continued growth of the brand.
