Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Tender and Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality hospitality, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment. Part time: 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards.
Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
