Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner and bring sparkle and clarity to our clients’ buildings! This energetic role involves cleaning windows of various heights and sizes, ensuring a spotless, streak-free finish that enhances the appearance of commercial and residential properties. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in active roles and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. Whether working on the ground or at elevated heights, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our clients’ spaces while enjoying a supportive work environment that values your safety and growth.

Duties

Safely operate cleaning equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders, to reach windows at different heights.
Clean windows thoroughly on both the interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a streak-free shine.
Use appropriate safety gear and follow safety protocols when working at heights or near traffic areas.
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
Drive company vehicles to various job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Prior experience in window cleaning or related service roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
Good physical fitness to handle repetitive cleaning tasks, lift equipment, and work at heights safely.
Willingness to learn safety procedures related to working at elevated levels and operating cleaning machinery.
