Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our administrative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all activities. This paid position is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative expertise within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Assisting with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking
Supporting the team with administrative projects and ad hoc duties to ensure operational efficiency
Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace to promote productivity

Requirements

Proven office or administrative experience demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed in data entry tasks
Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise multiple responsibilities effectively
Good phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Experience with clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and document management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a reliable team player
Prior experience in using data management systems or software is advantageous but not essential

This Job is Part time (approx 12/15 Hours per week and based over a 5/6 Day working week)
