Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

- Flexibility for this role is a must, shifts will vary - Early shift (7am - 2pm) / Late Shift (2pm - 9pm) and will include weekends.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Cash handling, reconciling PDQs, and tills
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is proffered although full training will be given
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
