Looking for your next challenge?

We're looking for a proactive, organised Case Manager to join our growing mortgage team. Previous mortgage experience isn't required – we'll provide full training. What we're really looking for is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their workload, and delivers outstanding customer service.

You'll play an important role in helping clients through one of the biggest milestones in their lives – buying a home. From the moment a mortgage application is submitted through to completion, you'll be the key point of contact, keeping everything on track and ensuring clients receive a first-class experience.

What you'll be doing

Managing a pipeline of mortgage applications from Agreement in Principle through to completion.
Building strong relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
Keeping clients informed with regular updates throughout their application.
Requesting, reviewing and processing documentation accurately.
Submitting mortgage applications to lenders.
Chasing outstanding information to keep cases progressing efficiently.
Managing daily priorities, responding to client enquiries and ensuring deadlines are met.
Working closely with our Mortgage Advisers to deliver an exceptional customer journey.

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:

Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
Can confidently manage multiple cases at the same time.
Uses initiative and enjoys solving problems independently.
Is confident on the phone and able to build rapport with a wide range of people.
Communicates professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Is resilient, positive and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, estate agency, insurance, hospitality, retail or another busy office environment would be highly valued.
