Full job description

Role: Corporate Personal Assistant

Department: Central Finance

Location: Chorley

Reporting to: Senior Vice President Finance

Hours of work: Standard

Contract type: Permanent

Purpose:

The role of the Corporate Personal Assistant is to support the senior leadership teams of TVS across multiple sites, based from the Chorley site. This role supports multiple stakeholders across a dispersed geography, with occasional support to the European operation

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver proficient word processing, including letters, reports, presentations, meeting materials, filing, and correspondence for the board of directors as needed.
Supporting with diary management for the board and wider SLT with booking of meetings.
Organising from concept to delivery, events, away days, annual hospitality, visits, lunches, conference calls and training
Organising International and Domestic Travel, Accommodation, Visas, Travel Documents, Security and detailed Itineraries for senior leadership this also includes arranging travel for India, Spain & Germany when they visit the UK
Arranging for legal documents, contracts and deeds to be signed, sealed and filed appropriately. Preparing agendas and taking of accurate minutes of meetings, recording actions of follow up notes and producing action plans from said meetings.
Oversee company pool car arrangements, ensuring availability for staff and full compliance with safety, MOT, and servicing requirements, maintaining vehicles in a condition suitable and legal for use.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting the senior leadership in a complex organisation.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Professional and approachable manner
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of tools and associated diary management systems
