About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Receptionist / Clinic Assistant to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is essential to the smooth running of the clinic and is perfect for someone who has previously worked in a similar environment within the aesthetics, beauty, dermatology, or medical field.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointments using our online booking system
Handle client enquiries via phone, email and social media
Assist clinicians with treatment room preparation and client flow
Take payments and manage basic administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, professional clinic environment at all times
Support marketing efforts including social media (training provided)
Stock management and ordering assistance

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, beauty salon, or medical receptionist role is required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident using digital systems for booking, emails, and payments
Presentable, professional, and calm under pressure
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Genuine interest in skincare, aesthetics, and client care
Must be reliable, punctual, and proactive
