As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious, patient-focused clinician with a passion for aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies and longevity science.
This role is ideal for a junior doctor, nurse or experienced senior medical aesthetician seeking structured mentorship, hands-on clinical experience and long-term career development within one of the UK’s leading longevity clinics.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop expertise in regenerative aesthetics, preventative medicine and longevity therapeutics while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, nutritionists and health optimisation practitioners.

Purpose of the Role
To deliver exceptional regenerative aesthetic treatments and longevity therapies while providing outstanding patient care and contributing to the growth and development of HUM2N’s clinical services.
The role combines aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies and preventative healthcare, supporting patients through personalised treatment plans designed to optimise appearance, wellbeing and long-term health outcomes.
Key Clinical ResponsibilitiesAesthetic Medicine
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and assessments.
- Develop personalised treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical indications.
- Deliver injectable treatments including:
- Botulinum toxin
- Dermal fillers
- Polynucleotides
- Biostimulators
- Skin boosters
- Regenerative injectable therapies
- Prescribe and manage evidence-based skincare programmes.
- Prescribe treatments where appropriate, including:
- Retinoids
- Hydroquinone
- Oral acne therapies
- Other dermatological treatments within scope of practice
- Perform advanced skin treatments and regenerative procedures.
- Manage and appropriately escalate treatment complications.
- Deliver natural, evidence-based aesthetic outcomes consistent with HUM2N standards.
Longevity & Regenerative Medicine
Following appropriate training and competency sign-off:
- Administer intravenous nutrient therapies and infusion protocols.
- Deliver Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy programmes.
- Deliver Medical Ozone Therapy protocols.
- Perform phlebotomy and cannulation.
- Undertake body composition assessments and physiological testing.
- Support preventative medicine and health optimisation programmes.
- Assist in patient monitoring and outcome tracking.
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinical case reviews.
- Support research, audit and clinical innovation initiatives.
Patient Care & Experience
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences at every stage of the patient journey.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes and ongoing care.
- Promote long-term patient engagement, retention and treatment adherence.
- Ensure all treatment recommendations are clinically appropriate and patient-centred.
- Work collaboratively with treatment coordinators and concierge teams to optimise patient journeys.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and patient confidentiality.
Administration & Clinical Governance
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive and contemporaneous patient records.
- Complete all consultation, treatment and follow-up documentation promptly.
- Ensure informed consent processes are completed appropriately.
- Maintain compliance with CQC requirements, clinical governance policies and company SOPs.
- Participate in incident reporting, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support infection prevention and control procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and utilised according to company protocols.
- Maintain compliance with data protection and confidentiality legislation.
- Attend mandatory training, governance meetings and MDT meetings.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led clinical environment.
Business & Commercial Responsibilities
- Support achievement of clinic revenue targets through excellent patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain high consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.
- Support patient retention, rebooking and long-term programme adherence.
- Contribute to practitioner utilisation and diary performance.
- Participate in educational events, brand partnerships and patient engagement activities.
- Support content creation, social media and educational initiatives where appropriate.
- Act as an ambassador for the HUM2N brand and values.
Qualifications & ExperienceEssential
- GMC or NMC registration in good standing.
- Active and unrestricted licence to practise.
- Minimum 3 year experience in aesthetic medicine or regenerative aesthetics.
- Experience performing injectable treatments.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and aesthetic judgement.
- Professional, proactive and collaborative approach.
Desirable
- Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine or equivalent.
- Functional Medicine training (AFMCP, IFM or equivalent).
- Experience with regenerative injectable therapies.
- Experience using energy-based devices.
- Experience within private healthcare environments.
- Interest in longevity, preventative and regenerative medicine.

Compensation & Benefits
- £35,000–£40,000 FTE base salary dependent on experience.
- Uncapped Performance Incentive Programme (PIP).
- Realistic total earnings of £60,000–£80,000+.
