Overview
Our company provides cross-border compliance and business consultation services to international businesses and e-commerce sellers. We support clients in meeting marketplace compliance requirements, entering new markets, and managing operational challenges across the UK and global markets.

To enhance our services, we are preparing to launch a global SaaS platform designed to help e-commerce sellers manage their international marketplace operations more efficiently through data-driven insights, automated workflows and multilingual support.

As our business expands, we are seeking a Public Relations Officer to strengthen brand communication, support external relations, and improve coordination within our multilingual team, with a focus on Asian markets.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese, and will engage with e-commerce sellers, marketplace partners, business partners, media contacts, and relevant industry communities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement PR and communication strategies tailored to Asian markets, with a focus on cross-border e-commerce sellers, marketplace compliance, and international business expansion.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with e-commerce marketplaces, SaaS ecosystem partners, media outlets, industry associations, and business networks across key Asian markets.
Support the promotion and market positioning of the company’s upcoming global SaaS platform, helping communicate its value to e-commerce sellers, partners, and relevant industry communities.
Assist in organising corporate events, webinars, seller education sessions, and networking activities to increase brand visibility and strengthen the company’s reputation in Asian markets.
Work with the marketing team to strengthen the company’s digital presence, including multilingual social media content, website updates, online campaigns, and platform-related promotional materials.
Manage external communications and support crisis response, ensuring consistent, professional, and culturally appropriate messaging across different markets and languages.
Work closely with partners, product, marketing, and internal multilingual teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned with business objectives, marketplace requirements, and the development of the SaaS platform.

Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, business development, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least two Asian languages, preferably Chinese and Japanese.
Good understanding of Asian markets, business culture, and cross-border e-commerce trends.
Experience engaging with e-commerce sellers, marketplace partners, media contacts, or business networks.
Ability to create clear PR content, social media updates, website copy, and campaign materials.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting SaaS platform promotion, webinars, events, or digital campaigns is an advantage.
