Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Identify, approach, and qualify candidates in sales and the medical sector. Candidate Management: Maintain strong relationships and provide career guidance. Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends to better advise clients and candidates. Collaboration: Work closely with consultants to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or market research. Organization & Multitasking: Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proactive & Resilient: Self-motivated with a strong ability to work under pressure. Communication

Skills

: Confident in engaging with candidates over the phone. Initiative: Ability to take ownership of tasks and work autonomously. Languages: Fluent French required.
