Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Member Support to join our team. Hands on Health is all about improving confidence, using Pilates, yoga and strength classes. Alongside Massages and treatments. Feeling good starts here.

You'll be the first point of contact for our members and clients, welcoming them to the studio and supporting them throughout their time with us. Day to day tasks will include greeting members, managing bookings, handling enquiries and helping with any member enquiries or issues that come up - all while keeping the studio clean, tidy and running smoothly across our class and treatment schedule.

Attention to detail is your middle name and you love to understand how all teams operate so you can contribute your skills to the smooth running of the business. You have a proactive nature when it comes to creating efficient processes and setting workload, and can thrive in a team. You want to be a key part in a growing business and enjoy coming to work each day with other people who are passionate about what they do.

You will need a genuine keen interest in yoga, Pilates, health, wellbeing and holistic therapy as taking part in classes on a regular basis will be required.

Hours

Tues eve 5:00 - 9:15pm

Thurs eve 5:00 - 9:15pm

Saturdays 7:30am - 12:30 or 3:15 (you will know in advance)

Administration

· Manage and maintain clients records and data

· Manage bookings

· Produce documentation and reports

· Deal with enquiries (email, social media, face to face and telephone)

· Organise and prepare information for workshops, classes and treatments

· Any other duties commensurable of the post

House keeping

· Ensure that the reception is clean, tidy and gives a good impression

· Help out with any other cleaning required the building

· Pick up shopping for the studio when required

Pay: £12.71 per hour
