We’re Hiring: Candidate Support Administrator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Candidate Support Administrator to join our team, supporting recruitment consultants and candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding and payroll experience.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Candidate Support Administrator. Part of Acacium Group, Pulse Mental Health is a specialist provider of mental health professionals across the UK, committed to delivering high-quality staffing solutions and supporting healthcare services nationwide.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Support the end-to-end timesheet and payroll process, ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time.
Manage candidate bookings, onboarding documentation, and system updates to maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support across compliance, including ID checks and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates and consultants, resolving queries and delivering excellent service.

Experience We’re Looking For

Previous administrative or support experience, ideally within recruitment, healthcare, or a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing high volumes of tasks and working to deadlines.
Experience dealing with queries and providing excellent customer service.
Good level of basic education; numerate and literate.
