Full job description

Location of works : Loughton

Maternity Cover Position for 1 year.

The ideal candidate will have previous document control experience and be proficient in the use of document management platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Project+, Viewpoint, Procore, and SharePoint.

Full time or Part Time

Supporting the project coordinator team
Supporting the project managers with administrative duties
Issuing site instructions to the operations team
Saving instructions to an internal excel tracker
Booking operative inductions
Preparing and uploading Friday packs to the client portals
Attending meetings via Microsoft teams
Reviewing and breaking down client programs
Digitising drawings for fitters jobsheets (callidus)
General administration (filing, photocopying, laminating, scanning, printing)
Attending Microsoft teams meetings

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
