Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to oversee the management and maintenance of company documentation. The successful candidate will ensure that all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and compliant with organisational standards. This role is vital in supporting smooth operational workflows and maintaining regulatory compliance across projects and departments.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, reports and correspondence.
Ensure documents are correctly stored, and easily retrievable
Monitor document version control to prevent discrepancies and ensure the latest updates are accessible.
Coordinate with project teams to facilitate document review, approval, and distribution processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and standards.
Support onboarding of new staff by providing access to necessary documentation and training on document management systems.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role specialising in document management.
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong understanding of document control procedures, standards, and best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Hoddesdon EN11 0EX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Document Control : 2 years (preferred)
ProCore: 1 year (preferred)
