The Role: Finance Administrator

Working as part of our property management team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our tenants receive a smooth, efficient, and professional service. You’ll support day-to-day finance administration while acting as a reliable point of contact for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Handling finance-related administrative tasks

Coordinating finance requests and updates

Taking and processing payments accurately

Communicating clearly and professionally with tenants and customers

Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal processes

Providing dependable support to the wider team

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

Friendly, professional, and confident in communicating with customers

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Fluent in English

Legally eligible to work in the UK

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ call handling experience (required)

Previous experience in an administrative based role is desirable, but not essential—we value attitude and potential as much as experience.
