Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by managing administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and computer skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace. Prior office and working in health and or social care experience is preferred, along with proficiency in various software applications and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and document management
Answering phone calls with professional etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise workflow
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office. Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
Maintaining accurate records using electronic records management systems and other relevant software programmes
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial documentation through data entry and clerical support
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and well-stocked
Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required to enhance overall efficiency

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative background especially in health and or social care is preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with electronic record management systems is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with general clerical procedures and office equipment
